Santiago studied Physical Education at the University of Antioquia and acquired years of experience as a Personal Trainer at Dinamo Fitness Center where he trained several Colombian models and musicians. Santiago brought his talents to South Florida in 2012 and has since helped change the lives of hundreds of people by motivating them to push their bodies to do things they never thought possible.

Santiago brought his talents to South Florida in 2012 and has since helped change the lives of hundreds of people by motivating them to push their bodies to do things they never thought possible. He is a proud father to his son, Noah.
Coach Clara is a Certified Personal Trainer and Zumba Instructor. A native of Colombia raised in New York she is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. She has a love for learning new things, serving others and staying active. She's passionate about all things fitness and dance.
She is a proud mother of 2 teenagers and is inspired by helping people to live healthy, active lifestyles and motivating them to them reach their wellness goals.
10 years ago I was diagnosed with Hashimoto Thyroiditis. I gained so much weight and no matter what I sis or what diet I was on, the scale kept going in the wrong direction. I had 3 or 4 trainers that just went through the motions with me. I was so depressed and frustrated. Finally, almost 4 months ago, I started training with Santiago. He is the most AMAZING trainer ever! He makes my body do things I never thought it could do. He really does not mess around. He makes working out fun and has the biggest heart. He really cares about his clients. My body is starting to get its shape back and people are starting to notice. I’ve never felt better! My clothes are too bog on me and I’m starting to like what I see in the mirror. I’m so happy I found Santiago and I can’t wait for our next workout session!
I came to the realization that if I did not do something to lose weight and get into better shape, I never will. I had just turned 55 years old and could not walk up the stairs at the train station without extreme pain in my right knee. Santiago has strengthened my knee to the point that not only can I walk up the stairs pain free but I can run up them. In addition, I have lost 35 pounds and my waist has been reduced by 6 inches. Even more astounding is that I can actually run again, which is something that I have not done in over 10 years. Though our workouts are tough, they are never boring. Santiago changes things up which keeps working out fresh. I feel 15 years younger and as strong as I can remember.
2017 was a tough year in my life. When I met Santi and began training with him at the beginning of April, I was 262 lbs, the heaviest that I have ever been! I was recently separated from my husband and can honestly say severely depressed and eating my way through my emotions and to death! But with Santi’s help, I was able to turn all of that around. I began attending Santi’s classes and started to make better food choices. I increased my water intake and meal prepped which helped me decrease my caloric intake. Within 7 months I lost 23bs. My last weigh in, I was 239lbs in November, 2017. I decreased by body fat percentage by 9% and I am still going. I just want to thank Santi for his passion to help people reach their fitness goals. He is such a great trainer. He constantly pushes you, and keeps you accountable to your diet and your workout regimen! Because of this, my energy levels have increased and my confidence as increased drastically! This has truly been a life changing experience, and I couldn’t have done it without the assistance of Conquer Fitness!
